Whiten at home
Wear the trays overnight or a few hours a day. Most people see a clear difference within a week.

Common questions
The questions I'm asked most about this treatment.
Will whitening make my teeth sensitive?
Some people get mild, temporary sensitivity. We manage it by adjusting how often you whiten and with a desensitising gel — it always settles.
How white will my teeth go?
Most people lift several shades. I'll be honest with you about what your teeth can achieve — natural-looking bright, not bathroom-tile white (unless you want that).
How long does it last?
A year or more, longer if you're kind with coffee and red wine. Top-up gel keeps your trays useful for years.
