Do you charge for consultations?
The video consultation is completely free — that's the best place to start. If you then come in for a full in-chair consultation with X-rays or scans, there's usually a fee, and it varies between my three clinics, so I'll tell you the exact figure when you book. You'll never be charged anything you weren't told about first.
Is the video consult really free?
Yes — genuinely, with no catch and no obligation. We talk through what you'd like to change, what's realistic, and roughly what it would cost. If you never book anything afterwards, that's absolutely fine; plenty of people use it just to get an honest second opinion.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — finance options, including 0% finance, are available so you can spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments. We'll go through the options and exact figures together at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
