Who I am

This website is run on behalf of Dr Paras Malde (GDC No. 251223), a dentist practising across London. For anything relating to your personal information on this site, you can reach out via Instagram (@drparasmaldesmiles) or through any of the practices I work at.

What this site collects

Browsing this site does not require an account and the site itself sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

If you book a free video consultation, your booking details (name, contact details, and anything you choose to write) are collected and processed by Calendly, the scheduling service, under their own privacy policy. Paras receives that information to prepare for and hold your consultation.

If you book at a clinic through the linked booking systems, your information is handled by that practice under its own privacy policy — this site only links you there.

If you message on Instagram, that conversation is held on Instagram under Meta's terms.

Why and how long

Consultation details are used only to provide your consultation and any care that follows from it, on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request before entering into care. Clinical records created if you become a patient are held by the practice you attend, in line with NHS and professional record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how your information has been handled. Just ask — plain-English answers, as always.
